Optic Fringe Corp. (“Optic Fringe”, “we”) operates opticfringe.com. This page describes data practices for the public website. It is not legal advice and may be updated as hosting and analytics change.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, company, message, and newsletter preference you submit, so we can reply. If email is sent through a hosting function, that message is processed by our cloud provider (for example AWS) in order to deliver it.

Server and content-delivery logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested. If you accept cookies, we may use aggregated traffic analytics.

What we do not do

We do not sell your contact details. Form submissions are used to respond to you and, if you opt in, to send occasional company updates.

Retention

Inquiry email is kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and ordinary business records, then deleted or archived under our internal practices.
